This hotel offers incredible value for money, with reasonable prices for spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The attention to detail is evident, with stylish furnishings and modern facilities like a terrace on the third level. Moreover, the location is a hidden gem, situated in a picturesque square just outside the bustling tourist area of Grand Place. The staff is friendly and provides good service, with helpful tips on what to see and do in the city. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.
Everything was excellent.

bathroom, tv, music, bed
Hotel has no firm has a permanent staff, climb stairs to the rooms is very small, the colors used give you the impression that you're in a hotel with a less common theme fart poorly prepared breakfast and totally unhygienic, lacking clean, dust is everywhere, including on the floor, the impression is a little horror with stuffed animals in the room seems more a hotel for a named type of people, more adventurous .. ... do not recommend families. Are only three rooms and the floor 2 and 3 have the same key, the key input if you can not enter because there personally. Not a hotel, there are 3 rooms for rent for short period. The location is excellent

A great little hotel, the bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was made to order and the owner could not have been more helpful.
Just a minor point, there is no hotel name above the door so remember the building number and you will beok

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect - situated in a relatively quiet area just outside the touristy buzz, but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. The picturesque square where the hotel is located added to its charm. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with some even having a terrace to enjoy the views. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of breads, croissants, cheese, and ham.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Excellent location, although we had to find an overnight carpark ourselves as the staff did not know where we could leave the car. Very pleasant large bedroom and superb en-suite. Perfect location both for walking to grand place or the Sablon quarters. Quirky interior, relaxed breakfast.
Lack of overnight parking facility nearby.

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing, just a short walk to the central station and major landmarks. the room was surprisingly spacious with a huge bathroom. A small market across the street was quite convenient.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up steep and narrow stairs. the noise from the streets and other guests made it hard to sleep at night.

The rooms had beautiful decor and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and served on time. The location was perfect as it was close to museums and a garage.
The staircase was a bit tough to climb with suitcases. The heating didn't work properly and the water in the shower was not hot enough.

This is my favorite place to stay in Brussels. It is in a great, very central location, and is just a 5 minute walk from gay nightlife (if you're interested in that). The rooms are very nice, spacious, and tastefully designed. Our bathroom was very spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The bed was very comfortable. We had a big, flat-panel tv mounted on the wall with cable television including channels in English (most with Dutch subtitles) and French. The breakfast was particularly enjoyable. Arnaud, the owner, served us freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, kiwi, croissants, and bread with a variety of different spreads. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife all within walking distance. I suggest l'Atelier de Michel d, right across the street, for an enjoyable (though slightly pricey) dining experience.
This b&b does not have 24 hour reception, so be conscious of that! It says on here that check-in is until 21:00. If you're arriving in the evening the owner will most likely arrange to have someone meet you there and give you the keys. This was the case both times I stayed here, although it wasn't a problem. We just advised the owner when we were going to be arriving later than planned and he accommodated us.

We stayed at the attic suite two doors down from the main building. It is very tastefully done, and while the stairs were a pain to climb with heavy luggage, I think it is an essential part of touring Europe. The decor was very tastefully done in a spacious suite. Very unique and not very pricey. The location was near-perfect - it is only around the bend from Manniken pis, less than 5 minutes walk from the grand market, next door to a great restaurant and about 10 minutes walk from a great bar to taste Belgian beer (A La Mort Sobite). If climbing narrow stairs is a detterent, this is not for you. But if you want an authentic European experience and love the convenience of being near the main attractions of Brussels, it is a great B&B.
The stairs when carrying heavy luggage can be a bit of a pain.

Le coup de coeur is very quirky and a change from the average place to stay! Very welcoming hosts, fantastic breakfast (fresh juice, bread, pastries) and more chocolate spread than you can shake a stick at! Room was spacious and bed very comfortable - fantastic waterfall shower - cable tv and wifi internet was very useful.
Very narrow and slippery stairs! Be very careful. Found it slightly stressful that no one was there to meet us on arrival (even though we emailed in advance) - but a call to the owners was fine and our host came to let us in and show us to our room. Found the cleaner to be a little overzealous at knocking on our door several times when we were trying to get ready (we were going to a wedding so weren't out up and early as most people would be when visiting Brussels)) - understand that it is a very small establishment and that jobs need to be done, but don't appreciate constantly being bothered by someone trying to get in.

Very stylish and big rooms. Good location
Stairs are so narrow that there are problems if you carry a luggage also the stairs does not suit for elderly people.

It was so unusual but extremely comfortable. The building was originally a butcher's shop and the wall and floor tiles still remain as do the meat hooks on the wall. The decor was very rustic but it was like staying in an apartment in the city and everything was so close. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we were very well looked after.
There was nothing we didn't like. The only slight downside for us as mature travellers was the very steep stairs but at least we were on the first floor. There were two more floors beyond. We would have liked a step in shower because the rolltop bath, whilst lovely and in keeping, was very high which made it fairly difficult to manage. Neither affected our overall stay though and we would thoroughly recommend at stay at the Coup de Coeur.
